The Business Systems Analyst is the one individual, who actually analyzes the business requirements of the employees to determine business-concerned problems of them and recommends solutions to solve their problem. These analysts define and apply technical knowledge for solving complex problems concerning business application systems. The job also includes developing and delivering presentations to the clients and seeking business opportunities that help in development of technical specifications and detailed business, proposals and projected costs.

A business analyst has to do a lot of work so there are a large number of duties to fulfill and they are as follows:

·  The primary duty of an analyst is reviewing, analyzing, and modifying programming systems perfectly that if they are working right.

·  It will be also the duty of installing, encoding, debugging, and testing to support the organization’s application systems.

·  He or she will have the duty to supervise the work perfectly to analyze the work.

·  He or she will have to provide the training to the new staff.

·  It will be also the duty of developing, and maintaining end user documentation related with administrative system.

·  He or she will have to oversee the business requirements so will have to do the researching, planning, and recommending administrative system which are perfect for that.

·  He or she will also have to choose the programs and software to satisfy the organization’s business requirements.

·  He or she will have to look into the implementation of system modifications and expansions, new systems releases and also assist them if needed.

·  It will be the duty to analyze the coat and assisting in developing design considerations, and execution time-lines.

·  Conducting task analysis and interacting with system users in order to identify chances for the improvement of productivity, integration, and to decrease costs.

·  He or she will have to prepare programming and system documentation for other programmers and users

·  He or she has to do the work according to external and internal standards.

·  He or she has to maintain a professional cognizance of techniques and tool of the business. that may use in the improvement of quality of service.

·  He or she will have to prepare the business process mapping and departmental procedures.

There are a lot of skills and specifications needed for the job of a business system analyst and they are as follows:

·  The candidate should have a sound and deep knowledge of documentation procedures, programming procedures and methods, operator instructions, and program flow charts so can easily prepare that.

·  As he or she will have to analyze the system and work flow management so should have a very strong knowledge of System analysis and Workflow Management.

·  He or she will have to work with many vital tools and systems so should have the ability to understand complex database systems.

·  The candidate should have the ability to provide solid customer service and to satisfy them.

·  He or she will be able to do exercise diplomacy.

·  It needed a number of skills to do this vital job such as very strong organizational & time-management skills

·  He or she should be able to multiple tasks in one time as it will be the requirement.
