ENA is a food contact acceptable, patent-pending additive that causes conventional plastics to biodegrade in landfills and natural bodies of water. There is an EU version that satisfies the EU food contact plastics directive, 2011/10.
Incorporate the new company offshore, and fund it with one million USD. Produce test run of the second formula, which is made exclusively of EU approved ingredients for plastics to be used in food packaging.
Fund further testing and certifications, and the sales campaign, which includes exhibiting at trade shows, direct contact with customers, advertising, and paying commissioned sales representatives. Many contacts have been initiated already, and we have representatives in many countries.
Hire independent test lab to test PP and PE products or samples made with the EU version, using ASTM D5511 and ASTM D5338. Send samples to companies that have agreed to cooperate with testing and further development of the additive for clarity and compatibility. Continue ongoing development and testing of the additives for clarity in clear PET.
Apply for worldwide patents.
Initiate manufacturing with two contracting companies: one to measure, mix and grind raw ingredients, and another to pelletize the ingredients into a form easily used by plastic product manufactures.
Offer additive for sale on website, international trade sites, plastics industry websites. Work with our existing sales agent staff to sell the additive.
Advertise in plastic trade journals, packaging journals, fast food journals, exhibit at trade shows for plastics, packaging, and food service.
Expand advertising and show exhibiting with funds generated by sales. Expand our sales representative network.
When sales pass an agreed-upon sales level, offer to sell business to a plastics manufacturer or plastic masterbatch (additives) manufacturer, or the investors may sell their shares to the company, if they wish.
