Based on the Case Study of Etihad Airways. Etihad Airways network of equity-based alliance partners has been losing money.

With a new CEO, the organisation needs to decide whether to pursue the equity alliance model used by the previous CEO (which has incurred significant losses but, maybe, points to a better future with greater market share and route penetration) or whether an alternative approach is more appropriate.
