BUS SCHEDULE INFORMATION
Photo Identification Card:
Students may have pictures taken and the student identification card issued at the Regional Transit Photo Office,1225 R Street, from 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. We do not issue identification cards at the school. R.T. Identification cards are good for 3 years or until high school graduation.
Price:
Students may purchase a $30.00 ($15.00 half month) sticker at Kit Carson I.B. World School in the front office at the “Bus Sticker Window.” (Do not come into the office to purchase your sticker). Stickers are purchased with cash only. It will be announced in the Student Bulletin each month that stickers will be sold during lunch.
This sticker, properly affixed to the student identification card, will entitle the student to ride any busand the Light Rail system 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
Bus Rules:
The identification card is the property of the Sacramento Regional Transit District (RT). The right to possess this card may be revoked at any time. It shall be surrendered upon demand, without refund, under the following conditions:
Possession or use by other than the person to who issued.
Alteration of this card or alteration of authorized attachments.
Violation of applicable laws, ordinances, rules or regulations; or the terms of the RT
Cardholder’s agreement.
Please display entire front of card to the bus driver at the time of boarding (or at other times if requested).
Warning!
In the event students become unmanageable on the bus, the drivers have been instructed by Regional Transit management to return the students to school so that students can telephone parents to arrange transportation. Regional Transit has authority, and has exercised it in the past, to cancel student bus routes when student behavior is unruly. Should your bus card be confiscated by Regional Transit, a parent must pick it up.

Routes 210/211, 212, 213,214 depart at 3:16 p.m. Alternate transportation should be arranged.
Caution:
Treat your sticker the same way that you would your money. Don’t leave your bus card unattended. They have been stolen in the past. Write your sticker number down each month. It will help in identifying it if it is taken.
Warning!
We do not refund or re-issue bus stickers in the event of loss or theft. In the event your card is stolen, you will have to purchase another card and sticker from Regional Transit.
