●2.11 Use and analyze scientifically based data and protocols to assess oneself on the five components of health-related physical fitness. / Standard:

Objective:
●At the end of the lesson, All students will assess their body composition by measuring their height and weight.
●At the end of the lesson, all students will assess all 5 components of fitness mandated by the state fitnessgram which include cardiovascular endurance, body composition, muscular endurance, muscular strength and flexibility. / Objective:
●At the end of the lesson, all students will create a personalized fitness plan that is geared towards being proficient in a minimum of 4 out of the 5 fitnessgram components.
●At the end of the lesson, all students will be able to identify all 3 macronutrients along with their primary functions.
●At the end of the lesson, each student will have participated in all 5 components of fitness for a minimum of 20 minutes each, while maintaining an exercise heart rate of a minimum of 120 bpm. / Objective:
