The scientific report must be written in English and must consist of a single document. Please upload your scientific reportin PDF format into mySNF. The name of the document should be ScientificReport_Name of applicant.pdf (for example: ScientificReport_Smith.pdf).

Please describe the research work conducted during the entire funding period in relation to the objectives, milestones and hypotheses mentioned in the research plan.

Please present your main research results and explain their relevance.

  1. Deviations from research plan

Please point out any major deviations from the research plan. Events such as changes of personnel, delayed start of project are also to be mentioned. Such deviations should be justified and will be examined by SNSF and SD/MEYS.

  1. Collaboration aspects

Please describe the contributions made by the each team / project staff.

Please list the meetings, exchange visits of scientists or major field trips that took place during the reporting period (incl. names, team, destination, date, duration, purpose).

Please mention if you encountered any major problems (e.g. telecommunication, transfer of funds, transfer of goods, taxation, customs) and how you solved them.

  1. Research output

Please mention the planned or submitted research output here (e.g. publications, events, patents etc.). Research output that has already been effected or published (e.g. publications accepted, published or in press) must be entered under "output data". Please note that the output data must be entered before submitting the scientific report.

  1. Further use of equipment

In final reports, the condition and the further use of scientific equipment acquired the grant (items costing more than CHF 20,000) must be mentioned (Art. 42 of the Funding Regulations).
