Opis stanowiska
Wymagania / For ourinternational EMA Region L&D team, we arelooking for new team members to joinourcontinuously developing Training Operations team in Warsaw.
The team isresponsible for ensuringthat KPMG continues to offerinternalleadingedge business development and leadership development solutionswithin the EMA region at the bestlogistic and organizationalqualitylevel. The role willfocus on supporting the organisation and administration of courseswithin one of the EMA L&D trainingprogrammes.
The person in thispositionwill be responsible for:
  • Building and managingrelationships with a widerange of stakeholders from across the EMA region
  • Providingcomprehensivesupport of the event organisation as well as planning, organisingcommunicatingcomplementaryevents as required
  • Source & contractvenues (hotels, office/ hotel meetingrooms, restaurants), includingnegotiatingtermsconditions
  • Maintainingrelationships and ensureallcontractsare in place with third-party providers and thatprocurementreviewsagreements/ contractsare in place as required
  • Financial management, i.e.: budget, invoices, cost model program fees, forecasting, financialreporting and accruals
  • Preparing and managingan event pipeline, calendar of activities, registrationprocess and email communications/marketing for allevents/stakeholders
  • Managingquarterly KPI reporting, support learning measurement/impactstudyprojects
  • Ensureprojectprogressreports, communication management and timely event feedback is in place for each event
  • Developing and maintainingprogramme portal
  • Supportingprogrammeleaders in developing programme’sshape and structure, focus on developing improvements and newsolutionsboth on the logistic and contentlevel as required
Requirements:
  • Proven Project Management experience in a complexstakeholder environment, includingcommunications and budget management
  • Ideallyyouwillhavehadprovenexperienceeither in event management orsupporting the organisation of multipletrainingcourses in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
  • A strongworkingknowledge of the MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint isessential
  • Business fluency in English isessential for this role, bothspoken and written
  • Highly developedwritten and oralcommunicationskills; diplomacy and selfconfidence in working with senior executives; ability to workindependently; commitment to delivering high-qualityevents on time and withinbudget
  • A degreeorequivalent in business administration, humanresources, economics, project management, languages etc.
  • Ideallyyouwillalsohavehadexposure to Learning & Development and/or Business Development programme design
  • Willingness to travelinternationallyoccasionallyeg to provide on-sitesupportifrequired
