NOTICE

It is hereby notified under union constitution article No.15 (iii) that the Circle Conference of BSNLEU Punjab Circle shall be held. at Punjabi Bhawan Ludhiana on4th5thFeb. 2012 under the President ship of Com. R. L. Moudgil Circle President. The Conference will start at 10-30 AM sharply. The following shall be the agenda.

  1. Report on union activities by the Circle Secretary.
  2. Financial report by the Circle cashier.
  3. Holding of AIC of BSNLEU at Ludhiana Punjab
  4. Election of Office bearer for next term.
  5. Staff problems.
  6. Organization.
  7. Any other item with the permission of chair.

All the Delegates are requested to reach in time so that the meeting may start well in time.
