Connect Meeting Workflow for Presenters
Create Meeting – contact Ruth Willson, 970-491-6988,
Set up meeting room – Ruth Willson will work with the presenter
Send participants the link to the meeting so they can enter into their calendar and set up their connection prior to the meeting
Make decision if it is VoIP or integrated audio via the phone
Control access to the meeting room
Prepare the meeting room
Test camera and voice
Add Layouts – Defaults are Sharing, Discussion, and Collaboration
Add or delete pods
Move or resize pods
Add content from your computer to content library (contact Ruth Willson)

Present the meeting
Open meeting to participants
Choose content to display
Start recording
Other options while presenting:
Lay a whiteboard over content to add text and annotations
Show desktop, window, or application on your computer
Maximize a pod or restore it to its original size
Conclude the meeting
End the meeting
Recording stops and creates a link that can be shared for the archive
