16/00865/CATPO - 29 School Lane, Wadshelf - Notification of intention to fell 1 no beech tree located within the Wadshelf Conservation Area – NEDDC have informed the Council that the correct procedure has been followed; Councillor P Elliott is trying to arrange a site meeting to establish why the works have been ordered.
A planning issue has been anonymously raised with the Parish Council, due to the nature of the approach the Parish Council are unable to take any action; but the complainant is advised to contact the Planning Enforcement Officer at North East Derbyshire District Council.
