You are summoned to attend a meeting of Casterton Parish Council to be held at Casterton Village Hall on Thursday 13th April 2017, at 5.30pm.

This will be followed at 7pm by the Annual Assembly of the Parish Meeting, which will be followed by the Annual Meeting of Casterton Community Trust.

Parking is available for all attendees to the meeting in Casterton School car park

  1. Public participation – the first 15 minutes will be in open session to allow members of the public to ask questions of the Council, which may be dealt on the agenda of the next meeting.
  1. Apologies for absence – to receive apologies and note reasons for absence, if any.
  1. Requests for Dispensations - The Clerk to report any requests received since the previous meeting for dispensations to speak and\or vote on any matter where a member has a disclosable pecuniary interest.

S/05/12A Land off Wandales Lane, Casterton. Erection of agricultural building for livestock and general agricultural storage.

  1. To confirm the following comments, made since the last meeting, on the Clerk's delegated authority:

SD624800 Grange Lodge Casterton. Removal of existing double garage and single storey utility extension and erection of two storey side extension. Approval recommended.
