  1. AOB

Easy Fundraising

  • Do internet shopping through Easy Fundraising and a small percentage goes to the school – raised £80 last year – very easy way to raise money for no extra effort
  • This should be put on the school’s website as not many people realised the possibility existed

Welcome Evening Debrief

  • Apple class inclusion – it was noted that communication needs to be implemented to include Apple class. They should be included in letters and school calendar and events.
  • Can we set up an Apple cake sale so all the funds go straight back to Apple (Committee members may need to support the cakes baked for this special occasion?) Vicky to select a date for Apple Class Cake Sale
  • 36 couples came – about 80 parents
  • Next year budget for 60 hot dogs for kids
  • This Mr Marvel was the best Mr Marvel we’ve had – book him next time
  • Keep the Welcome Evening letter, but make sure it is handed out into people’s hands, rather than left on tables

Date for next meeting Wed 19th November 2014 7.30 – 9pm
