Team entries will not be accepted without receipt of this form.

It is a condition of entry that each CLUB entering team(s)will be required to supply THREE helpers for the duration of the day (or THREE helpers in the morning & THREE helpers in the afternoon).

The Team Manager will be responsible for ensuring the allocated jobs are covered on the day.

As I am sure you will appreciate, organising an event like this is a mammoth task.

For the safety of the competitors, there is a requirement to man the cross country fences with two judges per fence.

Helpers, supplied from participating clubs, will be responsible for fence judging the Cross Country phase of the competition.

It is essential that helpers arrive in good time for the fence judge briefing & no-one leaves their job before the agreed time.

Names of individuals must be supplied.

It is not sufficient to be reliant on people possibly being available on the day at some time or other.

Jobs cannot be shared.

Helpers will be contacted directly to confirm where and at what time they should report.
