Coopers, Vintage Ale 2015 – 355mL 7.5% / 11

The 2015 offering is described as a rich ale with five hop varieties used to create this ale. Melba hop is the main variety giving it stone fruit & citrus undertones including passion fruit & peach. The beer has a spicy aroma & is bitterer than previous cooper’s vintage ales

Coopers, Extra Stout – 355mL 6.3% / 9

Seasonal to Mr Edwards Alehouse & Kitchen, please ask if available. This is a beacon for lovers of a hearty brew. Robust in flavour comprising a blend of fruit, chocolate & hop bitter notes it's everything a stout should be. Brewed naturally using a top fermentation method, this beer's unique rich, dark texture comes from specially roasted black malt

Coopers, Lager – 375mL 4.5% / 8

This is a great example of a premium lager. Clean, crisp & malty - all the things you need for a good no non-sense lager. Can be enjoyed anytime of the day, but stands out as a great accompaniment to evening meal

Coopers, Premium Light – 375mL 2.9% / 6

Brewed using malted barley & no sugar. Coopers has used traditional lager brewing techniques to produce a full-flavoured light beer. The light has a fresh aroma with clean floral hop notes, excellent head & colour presentation

Coopers, 62 Pilsner – 355mL 5.0% / 8

Based on a classic Bohemian-style Pilsner, Coopers 62 has a straw-to-golden colour and dense, rich foam. Hopped, using a combination of traditional Saaz and Hersbrucker varieties, it has a medium-bodied palate and is generously fermented to produce a well-attenuated Pilsner-style lager

Coopers, Mild Ale – 375mL 3.5% / 7

Seasonal to Mr Edwards Alehouse & Kitchen, please ask if available. Brewed with a selection of barley & wheat malt with no added sugar. This traditional brewing approach provides the smooth malt character which is balanced by a triple hopping with pride of Ringwood & Saaz hops. The brew is fermented similarly to its stablemates pale & sparkling ale, with the customary secondary fermentation

Coopers, Dark Ale – 4.5% / 8

A dark brew full of promise, Cooper’s dark ale is a journey in taste, starting fresh & creamy & finishing with a lingering coffee flavour. Pirate Life, Pale Ale – 355mL 5.4% / 10.5

The goal for this flagship beer was that it should be able to be sent to any bar in San Diego and stand proudly alongside the many great Pales produced in, and around, the west coast of the US. The schematic for a West Coast Pale Ale is bucket loads of big US hops, full malty backbone and a characterful yeast. That is what this Pale Ale is all about. Enjoy as fresh as possible

Feral, Hop Hog American IPA – 330mL 5.8% / 10

A beast that explodes with citrusy flavours & hop aromas, rounded out with a solid malt backbone

Nail, Red Ale – 330mL 6.0% / 11

Dry hopping with two Australian hops give the red a fantastic fresh hop aroma & flavour, while pale & specialty malts provides a smooth malt backing

Moon Dog, Holdin’ Hay Time Amber Ale – 330mL 6.5% / 17

Brewed using all manner of specialty malts plus rolled oats, lactose, vanilla, cacao and honey, Moon Dog’s aim was to mimic that lip-smackingest of cold treats, with the result a creamy, chocolatey, biscuity, nutty, caramelly beer; imagine a full-bodied amber ale shot through with a dose of lactose

Nail, Oatmeal Stout – 330mL 6.0% / 10.5

An oatmeal stout brewed with six different malts. The dark malts give a coffee chocolate sweetness on the front of the palate, which is well balanced with a high but hidden bitterness on the back of the mouth

Moon Dog, Splice of Heaven IPA – 330mL 6.5% / 17

What do you get when you combine Dave Dobbyn and a popular Australian ice cream? A mildly witty name for a beer… A beer that’s all about pineapple, creamy vanilla and lime – and that’s the bottom line – that makes us feel like there’s a warm Moon Dog shining over our collective horizon. It’s most certainly a splice of heaven

A mid-strength IPA that has followed in the footsteps of our original IPA, Blind and its big brother the imperial IPA, Bling Bling. Feral, Karma Citra Black IPA – 330mL 5.8% / 10.5

The brewers at Feral unashamedly love brewing with aromatic American hops. US Citra hops have been combined with dark malts to produce a smooth brew with chocolate and coffee undertones and a big tropical and citrus aroma. Rumour has it, it may be the lovechild of Barry White and Kamahl… that’s how sexy we think this beer is

Nail, Gareth Skywalker Golden IPA – 330mL 7.0% / 11.5

There are many good beers on the market, but there aren’t many unique good beers. Nail Golden IPA is a light golden straw colour using only pale malt, dry hopped heavily to give a strong fruity pineapple aroma – very refreshing for a 7% beer. Tastes a bit like an Imperial Golden Nail using new Melba hops. A beer that should be well hunted by beer lovers

Lobethal Bierhaus, IPA – 330mL 5.9% / 11

Intensely hopped golden-copper ale a with floral aroma, fruity ester flavours & a crisp dry finish, brewed using the finest malted barley, a blend of carefully chosen hops & traditional London ale yeasts

Asahi, Black Beer – 335mL 5.5% / 11

Japan’s favourite dark beer. Brewed in Osaka, Asahi Black is made from three different roasted malts. This gives it a rich, nutty flavour and makes it incredibly smooth-drinking. Unlike other, more bitter dark beers and stouts, it’s brewed in a process called bottom fermentation, which gives it a subtle, sweet edge, and smooth flavour

Cricketers Arms, Captain’s IPA – 330mL 5.8% / 9

This Indian Pale Ale was crafted to honour the brewing traditions of a beer that journeyed by ship from England to the Indian Colonies, in an era when the ship’s captain wore inked swallows as proof of his sailing prowess. Murray’s, Fred IPA – 330mL 5.6% / 12.5

Murray’s Fred is aggressively late hopped with a house blend of hops from the US Pacific Northwest. It has the classic US IPA hop aroma and flavour of big citrus, tropical fruit and pine notes throughout. An assertive bitterness is balanced by the sweetness of the pale, crystal and wheat malt additions.

Murray’s, Moon Boy – 330mL 4.5% / 10

The aroma is malty sweet with hints of citrus, grass and spice. The flavour has toasty malt up front and works towards citrus and floral notes mid-palate. It finishes crisp and dry with a restrained bitterness. It strikes the right balance in flavour for a golden ale which results in a crisp and refreshing beer.

Moo Brew, Dark Ale – 330mL 5.0% / 14.5

This dark ale pays homage to the American Brown Ale style, presenting dark with a deep sherry-red hue. The palate has caramel and chocolate and a lightly roasted finish. Hop bitterness and aromatic character are balanced and pleasantly textured

The idea behind this beer was to make a beer that mimics my preferred hangover cure/starter, the Bloody Mary. To achieve this, we added 75kg of tomato puree and paste, vegan Worcestershire sauce, loads of celery salt and a mixture of pequin, birdseye and chipotle chillis
