Booking health/promotional display spaces in the RBH
Events should only promote initiatives beneficial to patients, carers, visitors and Trust staff. Please return form to Jane Burnett by email or post to L2, Main Entrance.

Please note, you will need to contact Jane Burnett or Lynn Bayliss if you plan on having more than 4 persons at any one time.
Do you require a table? / Yes q No q Please note one trestle table is available for loan from the Information Zone but this is very heavy and you are responsible for moving it to your location of choice and returning it to the Information Zone.
Do you require display panels? / Yes q No q Please note one set of 6 display boards is available for loan from the Information Zone but you are responsible for moving it to your location of choice and returning it to the Information Zone.
Please list any other substantial resources you are bringing with you, e.g. banners, equipment, electrical equipment.
You will need to bring your own stationery requirements, e.g. pins, Velcro fixers. Blue tac or sellotape must not be used on the loaned display panels.
Trust rules
- Do not block the thoroughfare or take up any space required for patients and visitors.
- Do not block the route or turning places for hospital buggies.
- No handmade or unpackaged food in communal areas.
- No eating on stand.
- No fundraising without prior permission from the Voluntary Services Manager. Collecting money should be done in compliance with the Charity Act (i.e. you must be a registered charity with a covered box with seal).
- Items for sale must be agreed with the Voluntary Services Manager prior to the event.
- Signs or notices advertising/signposting the event must be taken down afterwards.
