Payment must be received in full within 28 days of invoice date and is non-refundable. Payment in full must be received before attendance at the seminar. Confirmation of booking will be issued after payment is received.Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of payment, not receipt of booking form.

  1. Cancellations & Non-Attendance

Fees are non-refundable. Should you not be able to attend, you may nominate a representative to attend on your behalf. Please advise us immediately if you wish to transfer your place.

  1. Force Majeure

Electrical Safety First does not accept any liability resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, transport disruptions, individual transport delays, fires, insurrection or riots, embargoes, interruption of power supplies, disruption to the supply of computer hardware or software, communication loss or failure, compliance with any applicable legislation or regulations of any civil or military authority.
