Refunds and Cancellation Policy
A booking is considered confirmed once we have received your booking form, assuming course(s) are not full. We will confirm receipt of your booking form immediately on receipt of it.
If you cancel a booking 28 days or more from the course date, you will be given a full refund.
If you cancel a booking between 28 days and 14 days of the course date, you will be given a 50% refund(or, if you have not yet paid, will be liable to pay 50% of the full amount, since you will have potentially taken a place we could have sold to another participant)
If you cancel a booking within 14days of the course date, or do not show up on the day having booked, you will not be entitled to a refund (or if you have not yet paid, you will be liable to pay the full amount, since you will have taken a place we could have sold to another participant)
We reserve the right to cancel a course if there are insufficient numbers (though this has never yet been necessary!). In this instance you will receive a full refund of your course fees within 14 days of cancellation being announced.
Equipment/Software
For the ‘Structural Equation Modellingusing Mplus’ and the ‘Testing for Mediation and Moderation using Mplus’ courses, each participant will need to bring their own laptop with the free demo version of Mplusinstalled (free download from
For the ‘Multilevel Modelling using Mplus’ and ‘Latent Growth Curve Modelling using Mplus’ courses, each participant will need to bring their own laptop with a full (i.e. paid for) version of Mplus installed - the multilevel or combination add-on is required for the multilevel course.
If have installed Mplus but you are not sure which version you have, open up Mplus, and click 'Help' - 'About Mplus'.
For the ‘Data management using SPSS syntax’, ‘Testing for Mediation and Moderation using SPSS’ and ‘Multilevel Modelling using SPSS’ courses, each participant will need to bring their own laptop with SPSS installed (any version from v18 onwards will do).
