Bobby Wilkinson Award 2017
The Virginia Association of Soil and Water Conservation Districts gives this award annually to a District Director within the 47 SWCDs. Nominees should be considered for their unselfish and dedicated acts and services that have furthered the effective implementation of the Association's policies and the achievement of its program objectives, not those acts and services district-oriented, no matter how outstanding they may be.
This award was established in 1990 to annually recognize an outstanding District Director for their significant contribution to the advancement of the Association's policies and programs. The award is presented at the VASWCD Annual Meeting in December.

This award is given to a District Director on a one-time basis. Nominations must be received in the Association's Office by September 11, 2017. This award will be given at the VASWCD Annual Meeting in December.
