BOARDING INFORMATION AND OPTIONS
Dr. Thompson’s Office provides a warm and caring environment away from your home. Your pet will be fed quality food, provided fresh water twice daily, and housed in a spacious environment. While in our care, your pet will receive individual attention from our dedicated staff.
Just as there are different levels of hotel service, the same can be true for your pet’s boarding experience. For that reason, the following boarding options are available for our pet hotel guests.

q ADDITIONAL WALKING $3 PER DAY (Canine)
q TOENAIL TRIM $9.50 (Non-Assisted)
q DAILY Teeth brushing $1.00 per day
q COMFORT CUSHIONS $3.00 (Basic bedding provided)
q GROOMING (Mondays only…pre-appointment may be needed)
q SPA BATH ON DAY OF DISMISSAL (Price dependent upon pet’s size, coat

Boarding Fees:
Basic Boarding is $14 per night for Canines. Felines are $12. PUPPIES UNDER 6 MONTHS OF AGE, OR HAVE NOT COMPLETED THEIR FULL SET OF VACCINATIONS….MUST HAVE PRIOR APPROVAL.
q Medication Fee ($1.00 Per night up to 2 medications) ($2.00 for 3 or more medications). Medications also include vitamins or supplements brought from home…must be approved by Dr. Thompson.
q Insulin Administration Fee $3.00 Per night
Pets may be checked in DURING THESE TIMES:
Weekdays: 8:30 TIL 11:00 or 1:00-4:30.
Saturdays: 9-11:30
Check out times are:
Weekdays: 8:30-11:00 a.m. or 1:00-4:30 You will be charged an additional nights boarding if pet is picked up after 11 am.
Saturdays: 9-11:30
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Food Instructions: We feed Hill’s Science Diet foods and we provide Hill’s Puppy/Kitten food for our younger guests. You may also provide (and we encourage you to do so) your own food to help prevent stomach upset and diarrhea.
****Food brought from home must be separated for each day, placed in a zip-lock bag, and labeled with your pet’s name. If you do not separate your pet’s food into daily portions, you will be charged a food disbursement fee. *****
If your pet is on a special diet…you MUST provide food or you can purchase a bag upon arrival, but you will be charged the food disbursement fee.

We provide fresh bedding, bowls, toys, etc…that are sanitized daily.
Please do not bring rawhides, pig ears, toys bedding, or bowls etc….
All pets must be current on vaccinations!
Canines are required to be current on the Parvo-distemper, Kennel Cough, Rabies and Canine Flu vaccinations.
Felines must be current on their Feline Leukemia Vaccinations as well as the Rabies.
If vaccinations were done at another veterinarian, the owner must provide a record. If no record is provided, vaccinations must be done.
If your pet is staying with us and a medical condition is found, we will treat. (This includes medications for fleas, ticks, dewormers, and any other medical needs) We will attempt to notify you at the emergency contact number you will provide below. Initials ______
Boarding provides a good opportunity to request any special services your pet might needsuch as lab tests, teeth cleaning, comprehensive physical examinations, wart removal, etc. Please do not hesitate to discuss any possible problems with us. We are always ready to offer other additional services upon request. The only “NO” we want our clients to hear is “NO PROBLEM.”
