no smaller than 10 point font utilized throughout.

_____2. If entered on another format, each question must be restated and the

application may not exceed four pages. The form is also available on the Blount County Schools Intranet Site (Click on Administrative and then the form is the list.)

_____3. Project request does not exceed $750.

_____4. Only one grant application per person may be submitted.

_____5. Project director is a certifiedemployee of Blount County Schools.

_____6. Name of applicant or the school does not appear in any part of the grant

application other than the cover page.

_____7. Itemized budget is attached. All dollar amounts are rounded up to the

next dollar.

_____8. Application is signed by principal and project director.

_____9. Mail 5 copies to: (Postmark Deadline: October 12, 2007)
