A.MayorsWellnessCampaign-TheHealthOfficerreportedthattheMayorisinagreementtonameaMayorsWellnessCampaigntaskforcefor2016.TheHealthOfficerrequestedinterestedBoardmemberstoserveonthiscommittee.BothMs.InnamoratoandTierneyexpressedadesiretobepaitofthisinitiative.BothnameswillbesubmittedforconsiderationoftheMayor.
B.SeniorOutreach-TheHealthOfficerrepmtedthatpublicityofDepartmenteventswillbebroadenedtoincludearea-widechurches,barbershops,beautyparlors,and
laundromats. Inaddition,theDepartmentwillcollaboratewiththeSeniorCenterCoordinatorforfutureprogramingandoutreachinitiatives.
