4. Ongoing Business.
Drainage issue – approved and work will start on Aug 29th pending any issues.
5. Other Business – Corn roast on Aug 19th set up days are on Wed Aug 17th and Thru Aug 18th we will need volunteers. It’s a great way to get your child some of their required service hours. We will also need volunteers to help clean up after the event. Captains will now be assigned to all the booths this year and they will be responsible to get volunteers to help run their particular booth. We still need corporate sponsors to help with some donations. If you know of a company who is willing to donate get with Benjie Pieper and Pete Wischer We need all hands on deck for Ticket sales as well. So anyone who can help sell tickets your effort will be greatly appreciated
St Elizabeth company picnic is on Sept 17th and we will need volunteers for parking. An email will be sent in the near future asking for help.
The Gym will be close for the remainder of the summer for repairs and A/C installation. We have priced out the gym at Better Bodies for gym time and its $40.00 per/hr. we are checking on other locations as well
