Address: Grove Farm Cottage, Grove Farm Road,Blaxhall

Proposal: Listed Building Consent - Re-configure internal layout by re-instating doorways previously blocked up and blocking up existing doorways (all internal) provision of en-suite bathroom to first floor general repairs to internal plaster and floors.

The Parish Council recommended Approval for this application. This application has been Granted by SCDC with 4 Conditions.

Planning Ref: DC/18/1488/FUL

Address: Stable Buildings, Land and Buildings at Stone Farm, Station Rd, Blaxhall

Proposal: Conversion of traditional agricultural building to one dwelling, involving demolition of adjoining modern buildings and erection of replacement structures, with use of existing vehicular access. The Parish Council had No Objections to this application. No decision has been made by SCDC, to date.
