Biome Postcard Project

ASSIGNMENT:

Create a fabulously colorful, creative, and informative postcardfrom anywhere in the world that has your assigned biome!

In your postcard, please include the following:

  1. Front picture that depicts the scenery of your biome (nativeplants and animals, identifiable land forms etc.) This can be drawn by hand and colored in markers, crayons, colored pencils or even paint. You may also choose to do a color collage of cutout images, but you may NOT print out one large single image from the internet. Include the name of your biome on the front.
  2. An originalstamp that is designed as a symbol representing your biome
  3. A thoroughly engagingletter written in the first person (I, us, we) to a specific person (classmate/teacher etc) describing yourjourney in a location anywhere in the world that has yourassigned biome. In the letter, you must include the followingdetails:
  4. Your specific location
  5. at least 3 types of fauna (animals) and at least three types of flora (plants) that you saw
  6. the climate that you are experiencing
  7. at least 3 activities that you have done on your triprelating to the biome
  8. the food that you have eaten
  9. the place (hotel, campground, chalet, tent, hut, etc.) where youare staying
  10. Don’t forget about the other biomes! You need to know those too. Complete the
