All the information sought in this application must be completed prior to the form being submitted. Details, such as a diagram of the airfield, may be included as an Annex.

To enable the bid to be checked for completeness a copy of the Bid must be sent to before the closing deadline. Once the application has been checked and amended if necessary, the SGP management group will review the bid for approval.

This form is valid for bids for the 9th SGP series and should be received by the SGP management team before March 31st 2017.

Calender.

The 9th SGP series National events will take place between the 1st of November 2017 and the end of September 2018 with the window for the 9th series final from November 2018 to end May 2019.

Sanction fee

The organiser will pay a sanction fee of 350euro to FAI
