ADDENDUM #1

Bid #4362DG - Garbage Can Liners for Warehouse Stock.

This addendum serves to provide answers to the following questions received for Bid #4362DG - Garbage Can Liners for Warehouse Stock. The answers are in red. This addendum is issued as a part of the specifications documents for the above described project. Any changes incorporated in this addendum shall be considered as a part of the documents and shall supersede, amend, add to, clarify, or subtract from those conditions shown in the original bid. This addendum, may be obtained through www.publicpurchase.com. It is the responsibility of the vendor to monitor this website for addenda.

1. Can we obtain samples of the bags currently being used by the school?

We cannot supply samples. We purchase in case lots and the warehouse sells by the case. We cannot break open cases. The specifications on the Cost Proposal form are quite specific to our requirements.

2. Can you please provide me with the most recent award information for the can liners listed?

3. What was the price paid last?

See answer in number 2.

4. How many deliveries are expected?

This is not a one-time delivery. Items may be purchased at any time and in any quantity but not less than the minimum order quantity stated on the Cost Proposal Form during the bid period.

5. Can we call FEDEX at our expense and pick up a sample of each liner?

No. See answer in number 1.

6. Were there any price increases since the original award in 2013?

No. The price offered will not change during the term of the contract.

7. Based on past ordering history, can you tell us about how often orders are placed (monthly, quarterly or other?) and what is an approximate case order?

See answer in number 4.
