Changes to the drawings

1.  Delete the dishwasher hood at the kitchen - mechanical

2.  Revised detail of the false beams – carpentry

3.  Due to the revised detail of the false beams will new sprinklers at that location be required – fire sprinkler

4.  Revisions to the color of storefront and the glazing – glazing

5.  Verify quantity of new trees - landscaper

6.  Reduce the river rock area of the landscaping – landscaper

7.  Reduce the ice and water shield to areas required by code only in lieu of the entire roof – roofer

8.  Plumbing fixtures were changed for cost savings – plumber

9.  Electrical fixtures were changed for cost savings – electrical

10.  Simplify and reduce the exterior trim package – carpenter

11.  Modular dry stack retaining wall system around the mechanical equipment – earthwork, concrete , masonry, stucco

12.  Changed the grading on the Southwest corner of the building – earthwork, concrete

13.  Changed the foundations on the Southwest corner of the building – concrete

14.  Change 60 lf of RCP pipe in the detention areas to HDME or CMP – earthwork, site utilities

15.  ADDED an IT room, including conduit entry to the building, moving the electrical panels A & B over to this room from the janitor closet – ALL trades

16.  ADDED 5 access points for WIFI – electrical

17.  ADDED a phone data box in the work room – electrical

18.  ADDED A/V lighting requirements – electrical

19.  ADD a door ( 3’ x 8’ ) in classroom 120 to accommodate possible storage in that room – door/frame/hardware

20.  Relocate location of gas meter – plumber

21.  Change the fascia/eaves details and make them integral with the trusses - trusses, carpentry

22.  Eliminate the dormers from the roof – carpenter, glazing, roofer

23.  Change the masonry on the trash enclosure – mason, stucco

24.  Change all of the exterior doors that are not integral with the storefront system to hollow metal doors and frames – door/frames/hardware, paint and storefront sub

25.  The exterior band around the building will change to a foam detail with stucco – carpenter, stucco

26.  Delete the light coves in the restrooms – drywaller and electrical

27.  Delete the interior window in office 127 – storefront, drywaller, paint
