Our Program:
Bellingham Girls Softball Association (BGSA) is a Non Profit Youth Organization. Our program provides a Spring In-Town Youth Softball Recreation Program for girls, from Kindergarten to High School. We also host Summer Tournaments, Summer Travel Ball, and Fall Ball Programs for the Girls of Bellingham and surrounding towns.These programs bringover 60 different teams to our fields. Approximately 150 Bellingham girls participated in our programs last year. Our Officers, Directors, and Coaches are all volunteers.
How Can You Help?
Each year we ask Local Businesses and Organizations to assist our program through a Team Sponsorship. This Sponsorship provides uniforms with your company name for each player. In return each Sponsor receives a Sponsor Plaque along with recognition on the BGSA website().
The Cost?
The cost of Sponsorship ranges from $100 -$300 (details below). Your sponsorship will help provide each team with player shirts and coach’s shirts. In addition, your support helps defray operating costs thereby allowing us to keep prices down for all families. The exposure your business will receive through our program will far exceed the sponsorship cost as games are played 6 days a week from April thru July and then on weekends in the Fall. The games are attended by many family members and friends that reside in the local area.
Additional Options?
Bellingham High School Softball also uses the High Street Fields to play their home games.
We have many capital improvement projects in the planning stages, including, outfield fencing, field improvements, and field irrigation systems. We are seeking companies and individuals interested in providing a positive impact for the girls of Bellingham and help defray a portion of the cost for these major expenses. Businesses, organizations and individuals that are interested, please contact Joseph Hall for more information.
