Gary and Toni Schoepp and boys of Chanhassen, MN spent the Christmas weekend at the Calvin and Lois Schoepp home.
Nick Stern of Lily and Heather Morgan of Watertown Christmas Eve supper guests at the Ron and Linda Stern home.
Cecelia Brownell of Mounds View, MN called at the Danny and Bonita Sharp home on Thursday. In the afternoon Cecelia and Bonita spent time at the Troy Watson home visiting with Trinity and Nicky Watson.
Visitors at the Chuck and Debbie Engels home during the Holiday weekend were Chris and Heidi Bjugstad of Brooklyn Park, MN, Troy and SaLena and Trayton Engels of Oskaloosa, IA and Ray and Donna Huntley of Watertown.

Dave Hentges of Gary treated Steph Nelson to supper out on Wednesday evening in remembrance of her birthday. Later Keri and Kaitlyn Nelson joined them and they all went to the movie.

Clay Bastian of Kansas City arrived at the home of his parents, Ron and Peggy Bastian on Friday. After spending the Christmas weekend, he returned home on Monday.

Violet Winemiller accompanied Wendell and Alice Bruns to the Watertown hospital on Wednesday for out patient surgery on her foot. The Bruns visited with her Friday evening and Wendell called on her Sunday morning at Wookey’s Assistant Living in Clark.

BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENT
A baby daughter, Lara Kay was born on December 11, 2004 at 4:33 p.m. to Jordan and Kendra (Cotten) Widstrom at the Mitchell Hospital. Lara weighted 6 pounds and 7 ounces and was 18 ¼ inches long. Lara’s grandparents are Rod and Julie Cotten of Henry and Don and Deloris Widstrom of Hecla. Great grandparents are Robert and Donna Briggs of Watertown.
