* Thank God for the testimonies concerning the fulfilment of Vision 400 as a cell. We are flourishing in every good work. Isaiah 55:10-13.
* Thank God for the plans towards our Mega Cell Outreach in this month of October. It will cause unprecedented influx of souls into the kingdom and testimonies will abound to the glory of God. / 5 minutes

CELL PRAYER & PLANNING OUTLINE FOR OCTOBER WEEK 1
SUBJECT: THE MONTH OF BLESSINGS
DIRECTIVES FOR THE CELL LEADER
All Cell leaders should personally study the outline and the message from our man of God "God's Greater Blessings" in preparation for the cell prayer & planning meeting. This is a prayer & planning meeting so we expect that there will adequate time spent to pray and declare blessings into our month and all we have to do. Proper plans for the Mega Cell Outreach for this month of October should be drawn up with timelines for activities during the meeting. The cell leader should come to the meeting in the fullness of God's Spirit, expecting the manifestation of God's Spirit in the meeting.
During the meeting, please ensure your members have their Bibles and all the Scriptures in the outline are read; members have to look into their Bibles while the Scriptures are being read.
In addition, don’t rush through the subject as you teach; remember that our intention is to have every member of the class understand the subject matter so that they can understand what the Bible teaches on the subject, and can become acquainted with the Scriptures.
EXCERPTS ON "THE MONTH OF BLESSINGS "
BLESSING IS THAT WHICH CONFERS, INVOKES, AUTHORIZES OR SHARES PROSPERITY, POWER, ABILITY AND WELFARE - Rev. Dr. Chris Oyakhilome DSc. DD.
The bible says that the earth is full of the goodness of the Lord, but not many are experiencing it. Why? Why are some getting the short end of the stick. Some even think the message of prosperity is some heresy. Some think it's too much to expect all these good things from God. What does God want us to do? What's His plan? If Jesus was actually God's son, that will make Him God, right? If God came to this world just for us, why should we remain the same? It just doesn't add up.
Matthew 6:33 states "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you". The blessings of God are annexed in our obedience to this scripture. Be blessings-conscious. Learn to speak blessings everyday, everywhere and everytime (Genesis 2:3). In Romans 12:14 The bible instructs us to bless those who persecute you and curse not.
In this month of October, you must speak Words of blessings over your life and all that concerns you. The Lord blessed with Words and words convey the blessings. Revelation 5:10 says, "And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. " let's examine one striking quality of a king in Ecclesiastes 8:4. It says, "where the word of a king is, there is power... " Kings reign with words. You're a king; therefore, reign with words. Never be ashamed of the Word of God you've got inside.
SPEND SOME TIME TO SPEAK BLESSINGS OVER YOUR MEMBERS, CITY/CATCHMENT AND YOUR PLANS FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER.
PRAYER OF SALVATION
" O Lord God, I believe with all my heart in Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God. I believe He is alive today. I confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is the Lord of my life from this day. Through Him and in His name, I have eternal life; I'm born again. Thank you Lord, for saving my soul! I'm now a child of God. Hallelujah!
