BEACH VOLLEYBALL TERM 1 2018
Dear Parents/Caregivers
Beach volleyball will be offered to St Francis students in term 1. The beach volleyball season commences as soon as we can finalize our teams. All games are played at Henley Beach Square between 4:00pmand 6:00pm, games will run for 30 minutes.
Players are to wear their school sports tops and any type of shorts, hats and sunscreen.
The costs will be $45 plus an initial annual registration fee for of $10. Invoices will be sent home at a later date. Please do not pay until your invoice has been received.
The consent and medical formsmust be completed and returned by Week 3Friday 16thFebruary. Please retain this part of the form and return the rest to m pigeon hole in the front office
For each team we are required to provide a team supervisor. If you can assist in this area your help would be greatly appreciated. We will not be able to enter teams unless there is a parent supervisor for each team EVERY week.
It is mandatory that all people assisting in school coaching have a current Police Check Clearance and DCSI Check and are a registered volunteer of St Francis School.
Your signature on this permission slip indicates your commitment to pay the fee associated with the sport. No refunds will be possible if your child for some reason does not with to continue.
