Dear Investor,
This letter is in response to your recent inquiry regarding your desire to liquidate your partnership interest(s) in Real Estate Associate Limited VI.
We are currently offering to purchase your interest at $50 per unit. The gross purchase price will be reduced by a $50 transfer fee that must be paid to the transfer agent for the partnership, Corporate Stock Transfer, Inc. (CST). The $50 transfer fee is a onetime fee applied to each sale in a specific partnership regardless of the number of units being sold. (Example 4 unit sale: 4 units x $50 sale price - $50 transfer fee = $150 net to investor).
If you still desire to sell your units, please complete the attached forms pursuant to the instructions provided by CST. Once you complete the assignor’s portion of the transfer forms, please mail the forms with any supporting documentation required by CST to the below address and we’ll complete the assignees portion. We’ll then mail the completed forms, with the $50 transfer fee, to CST for processing. Once the transfer is processed we’ll send you a check for the net purchase price.
