NO ACTION ON ITEM D UNDER THE COUNTY JUDGE ON THE AGENDA: Hale County Appraisal District Board of Directors member, Bobby McGehee, has resigned his position. If we choose to nominate someone to replace him, we need to notify Nikki Branscum by March 15, 2017.

To acknowledge a letter from Rickey James, Chairman, Hale County Soil and Water Conservation District Board of Directors to TCEQ indicating that the recommended repairs identified in the NRCS Dam Safety Inspection Report have been completed. See exhibit G.

To authorize Deana Sageser, CEA-FCS, to contract with Hogland Office Works for a new copy machine for $379.79 per month which is $20.00 less than the current amount and authorize the County Judge to sign the lease agreement. See exhibit I.

To authorize Noxious Weed to cancel their lease with the county but allow them to park the pickup along with the sprayer when needed and turn the water off but keep the electricity on in the building.
