BCBP NAC 38 TRANSPORTATION MECHANICS :

The objective of Transpo committee is to provide services to our delegates during the time of our NAC 38 event here in Subic Bay Freeport Zone and Olongapo City.

Kindly find below mechanics in order for our delegates to avail of our free transportation during this event.

NAC 38 TRANSPO MECHANICS FOR DELEGATES FROM VISMIN AREA :

Please do take note of the following procedures and mechanics for your transportation from the Airport via Clark and Manila bound to Subic Bay , Olongapo City :

1.)  To all BCBP Chapters from Visayas and Mindanao, to avail your free transportation please see below procedures :

a.)  Delegates from VISMIN Area can avail free transportation if they will be Arriving only at CLARK INTL. AIRPORT covering the date of April 26 ( 7:00AM up to the last domestic flight ) and April 27 ( from 6:00PM up to 7:00PM only ) .

b.)  BCBP Delegates from VISMIN that will be arriving at NAIA TERMINAL 3 in PASAY or will take a Ferry from PORT OF MANILA will not be able to avail of the “free transportation” since our coverage for transport budget is only covering Clark Airport.

However, if you wish to save costs, there is a shuttle bus that leaves by the hour from NAIA Terminal bound to Clark Airport. Travel time takes about 2 to 3 hours depending on the traffic. ( please check website for the details of departure time and transportation fees : http://crk.clarkairport.com/shuttle-bus-services.php ) and from Clark Airport you can already board our free shuttle bus.

2.)  BCBP Delegates from VISMIN should “declare” if they will have a non-delegate companion during registration since your companion will need to pay PHP 150.00/ per head in our Shuttle bus from Clark. We apologize on this matter since we are only accommodating our registered delegates. – This PHP 150.00 will be paid upon arrival at Clark Airport thru our assigned ushers or greeters.

NOTE : PLEASE DO INFORM YOUR DETAILS SUCH AS FLIGHT SCHEDULE DATE, TIME, ETD AT ORIGIN AND ETA IN CLARK AIRPORT AS WELL AS DELEGATES ARRIVING FROM MANILA AIRPORT SO WE CAN ALLOCATE ENOUGH SHUTTLE BUSES FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.

3.)  BCBP Delegates from VISMIN arriving ahead before April 26 and 27, will need to pay for their own Transportation from the Airport to their Hotel. NAC38 Transport Committee can only assist the delegates to book for your transportation which will be paid in advance thru our Committee. This will be coordinated directly to the NAC38 Transport Committee Head Mr. George De Leon.

Booking of this special transportation must be atleast 3 months before the convention date. Mechanics and details to be emailed to the concerned Chapter only.

NAC 38 TRANSPO MECHANICS FOR APRIL 27 AND 28 EVENT :

1.)  Designated Trip Route No. will be assigned in each Accredited Transport Vehicle of NAC38. Following Trip Route No. will be the basis each every delegate for them to distinguish their route based on their origin.

SUBIC TO VENUE TRANSPORTATION ROUTES :

ROUTE 1 : SBMA 1 – SUBIC PENINSULAR UP TO WATERFRONT ROAD TO SBECC

ROUTE 2 : SBMA 2 – SUBIC PENINSULAR TO CANAL ROAD AND DEWEY AVE. TO SBECC

ROUTE 3 : OLONGAPO 1 AREA FROM ULO NG APO UP TO JUNGLE TO SBECC

ROUTE 4 : OLONGAPO 2 AREA FROM JAMES GORDON TO MAGSAYSAY DRIVE TO SBECC

ROUTE 5 : BARETTO AREA TO SBECC AND VICE VERSA

ROUTE 6 : BINICTICAN HOUSING TO SBECC AND VICE VERSA

ROUTE 7 : KALAYAAN HOUSING AREA TO SBECC AND VICE VERSA

ROUTE 8 : ANNE RAQUELS TO SBECC AND VICE VERSA

NOTE : TIME ASSIGNMENTS AND DEPARTURE TIME TO BE ADVISED ONCE FINALIZED BY PROGRAMS COMMITTEE HEAD.

2.)  Time assignments during pick-up must be properly observed and strictly implemented. In the event that our delegates failed to meet the pick-up times and departure time of the Transport Vehicles they will need to inform us immediately thru our hotline nos.

4.)  Luzon and other parts of the country that would like to bring their own vehicle, are strongly suggested to do car pooling so as to benefit other BCBP delegates not to congests parking areas around the hotel where they are booked. Also to avoid traffic during the event. We will encourage to maximize the use of our NAC38 Transport Group assigned Vehicles so we will have a free flow in and out of Olongapo, Subic and other Areas on the way to the Area.

5.)  Delegates who wishes to visit other Areas with in Central Luzon or Subic Bay Area, please book your vehicles directly to the BCBP Tours Committee and they will provide you the Transport Vehicles and Tour packages. NAC 38 Assigned Vehicles will not be used for private use of any delegates since this will compromise the transportation for our Delegates which we are avoiding.
