Article 245 (part 3) AM7. In the event of there being no clear rounds and there is equality of time. Difference in time will be made under Article 238.2.1

Article 273 (1) (part 3.3.1), Competition over two rounds, 2nd Round Against the clock.

4.3 Riders who have been eliminated or who have retired during the first round may not take part in the second round. They will be allocated 0 points. Riders will be placed according to aggregate penalties over both rounds and the time incurred in the second round.

Championship count back will be to the competition over two rounds.

  • The organising committee reserves the right to cancel any class or competition; divide any class; alter times; refuse any entry with or without stating a reason.
  • No refunds after closing date except with vet or medical certificate unless notified prior to ride time and a valid veterinary or doctor’s medical cert. is provided within 7 days of notification. A $10 admin fee applies to all refunds.

State Pony Club, Arab Horse Society of Australia (AHSA), Australian Endurance Riders

Association (AERA) and cannot provide proof that they are covered by Public Liability

Insurance Policy with a minimum of $10,000.000.00 cover must pay $10 per day to cover the cost to participate and Open riders must sign a day waiver before competing.

  • Medical armbands must be worn by all competitors. Correct ‘standards’ numbered helmet must be worn as specified in PCAV Gear Rules. Spot checks may occur and incorrect helmet will mean elimination.
  • All riders must present for gear check 20 minutes prior to their first event.
  • Queries, protests, horse abuse and doping rules as per the PCAV Handbook of By-Laws.
  • No dogs allowed – Penalty elimination of associated competitor with NO ENTRY FEE REFUND.
  • Horses must be at least age four, no stallions, colts or rigs.
  • The organising committee will pre-allocate and advise numbers. Competitors must wear back numbers which will be available at the event. There will be a $10 deposit for open riders.
  • Lunging is not permitted.
  • Separating of equality scores as per the PCAV By-Laws. There will be no equal placings. Count back will be to the Article 273 event.
  • Neither the organising committee of this competition nor the PCAV accepts any responsibility whatsoever for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders ground spectators or any other person or property.
  • Queries and protests will be under the PCAV By-Laws. Query forms will be available at the office.
