----BASIC CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS----

Structure:
• RCC framed Columns, beams and slab in R.C.C.M 20 grade concrete with branded 53 grade cement and high yield steel.
Super Structure:
• External 9” and internal 4.5” thick walls with First class masonry works in light weight Red bricks with Cement Mortar.
• Plastering Two coats with sponge finishing.

Doors and Windows:
Main Door
• Best Teak wood door frame & shutters. Aesthetically designed with polishing and hardware of reputed make.
Internal Doors
• Medium Teak wood frames and flush door shutters. Painted in two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over luppam
Windows
• Medium Teak wood frames with safety grills of standard design. 5mm pin headed Glass panels fitted with standard hardware
Flooring:
• Polished stone flooring
Tiles & Cladding & Dado:
• Kitchen: Glazed ceramic tile dado up to 2’-0” height above kitchen platform.
• Glazed ceramic tile dado of standard make up to 7’-0”. height in bathrooms
• Glazed ceramic tile dado up to 2’6” height in Utilities / wash area.
