FEES: / $50for all events entered – see Age Groups below. $25 for U10 Red Dot only
ENTRIES TO: / All entries must be signed and submitted by the entry deadline. No telephone entries will be accepted. Entries must be submitted in either hard copy to the Tournament Referee at the National Tennis Centre or as an email attachment to and – all entries must include a valid cell number to be used as main contact number.
AGE GROUPS: / Players must be at least 10 years of age on the first day of play of a tournament in order to participate in Under 14. Players must be at least 12 years of age on the first day of play in order to participate in Under 16. Players must be at least 13 years of age on the first day of play in order to participate in Under 18. Subject to the above, all Players may enter a maximum of 4 events in Singles or Doubles in any age group.
ENTRY DEADLINE: / SATURDAY AUGUST 26TH, 2017 AT 12 NOON.Entries must be accompanied by correct entry fees and any outstanding subscriptions.late entries will NOT be accepted.
BARBADOS TENNIS ASSOCIATION -MEMBERSHIP: / All Juniors must be financial members of the Barbados Tennis Association to take part in this tournament. New members must submit membership applications, subscriptions and entry fees at the time of entering the tournament so that entries may be processed before the start of the tournament.
TIMES OF PLAY: / PLAY STARTS AT 8:00A.M. DAILY.
Players who have matches scheduled on the first day will be informed by whatsapp and so must put a valid cell phone number on their entry form. Thereafter Players must either contact the Tournament Referees at the National Tennis Centre or check online for the daily schedule and their next scheduled match. The Order of Play (OOP) will be posted on the BTA facebook and whatsapp groupby 9pm each night showing the schedule\OOPfor the next day
Players must request permission for consideration by the Tournament Director, prior to the start of the tournament, for any time which they are unable to play. Doubles sign in also closes 12 noon Monday August 28, 2017.
RANKING & RULES : / This tournament will be an official Barbados Tennis Association ranking tournament. The ITF Junior Rules and Code of Conduct will be enforced.The 15 minute default rule will be strictly enforced.
