Spring Deprovisioning – Julie reported we are not doing for spring term. This must be tested in PPRD before running in PROD again. Decision is to wait until fall due to Bob not being here to fix any issues.

ODS 8.2.1 Upgrade – Users have not finished testing. Julie asked that it be done immediately. Julie questioned how long ODS will be down for upgrade. Jim will check from the PPRD load but Banner will probably be all day Saturday.

Banner Financial Aid Upgrades 8.8.1, 8.9, & 8.10 – Julie reported Financial Aid update to go to PROD February 18/19 or weekend of the 26th. PPRD must be refreshed after ODS move to PROD.

Test System Refreshes – Julie gave an update on system refresh statuses. DEVL is being restored back to this morning’s data. PPRD will be refreshed next week. Julie needs to know about any projects in PPRD. Registrar has wait listing project, Pam has upgrade data and hopes to be done by the end of the week. Metrics cohort project will get moved to PROD per Mark. TRNG not being refreshed yet due to Collegiate Connection project for Financial Aid. Frank will need a place to work once he hears from IVY Tech.

Banner INB PROD downtime – Julie reported INB will need to be down to work on cloud processing change over. It will probably be after hours for a couple of hours.

Running Jobs in Banner – Julie reminded users that if a Banner job does not run on the first submission, do not try running it again. It causes problems within the database.
