Topic: Bacteria Wanted Poster
Students will research one bacterial pathogen from the below list or a different approved bacteria, and produce a "Wanted Poster." (only one bacteria/person/class)

Requirements:
- Poster is to be on 8.5" x 11" paper.
- Must be in color.
- The following information must be included:
- "photo" (electron micrograph or microscopic picture/diagram)
- description - include Gram stain
- organism's m.o. (police jargon: how the organism attacks and spreads)
- most common victims it preys upon
- hide out of the culprit (where it is most likely to be found)
- most common injury done to victim (what diseases/conditions does it cause?)
- is it considered armed and dangerous? (rate the degree of damage caused- how virulent is it?)
- number of victims (% and type of population it affects)
- most effective weapons against the germ (antibiotics, antivirals, etc.)
- any other identifying characteristics (spores, capsules, etc.)
- 3 or more sources, must be used in researching and making the poster
