If course payment has not been arranged, the fee may be mailed to the above address or a company purchase order / credit card information may be provided by phone. Course size is limited therefore payment must be received no later than one week prior to course start date.

Dress Type
When attending the hands-on portion of courses, dress appropriately for outdoor conditions. Non-skid type shoes are required, no slick soled boots, sandals or flip-flops.
License Renewal Reminder
If attending a CEU course, it is the licensee’s responsibility to assure the course attended provides the CEUs necessary for renewal of a particular license. If needed, visit our website or contact us in regard to renewal of a specific license.
40 Hr. Tester Course Information
TCEQ license requirements for the Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester (BPAT) are at least two years of approved water related work experience and high school diploma or GED. Applicants are subject to a felony background check as with other water licenses such as plumbing and irrigation. The license fee is $111.00 for three years and is the responsibility of the applicant. Nothing is needed for course attendance, material and examination are provided in English.
