I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Ray. Ray joined our team in 2007 and since then, his enthusiasm and “we can do it” attitude have become contagious. He has done so many things for our team and our department as a whole. Ray is devoted to Q12 and to help strengthen the department’s morale. His ideas are always thoughtful and definitely come from the heart. I also want to share my appreciation for Ray for serving as my ‘back up’. Taking on a new challenge like this is not easy, yet he is determined to learn something new everyday. To take on the roll of my position can be overwhelming, but that doesn’t stop Ray from stepping up to the plate. With only a short tenure on our team, he has already volunteered time on the Q12 Committee, participated on several special projects, and has taken on the responsibility of being my back up. These are just a few examples of why Ray is a vital part of our team. What is so impressive about these accomplishments is that they have all been done in less than a year. It is very hard for me to fit every important accomplishment within this award, but I hope it is apparent how thankful I am to have Ray on the team.

Jason has been involved in two key projects over the past six months, both of which have Athena development dependencies. Also, both rely heavily on Jason’s front end business guidance and his "get'er done" attitude. The first project’s goal was to move authority cards to banker profiles. Jason has done an awesome job in representing the interest of the user and of the credit folks for whom this conversion will have the greatest impact. 2. Jason played a pivotal role with the Customized Business Solutions (CBS) project, again representing the user experience on the CBS-side of the development and validating/testing the user experience on Athena. One of the challenges with this project is the many zigs and zags in fundamental design. I greatly admire and appreciate the way Jason gets to know project participants and then adjusts his approach as necessary on behalf of the project team. He's been quick to run with testing for both projects, and he has owned the ongoing testing review process during testing phases. Beyond willingly jumping in the project soup, he knows how to keep meetings going with purpose, in the spirit of the project’s mission and with candor and humor to boot. It's wonderful to have colleagues like Jason. Thank you for your partnership.
