Parkour Fun is a class run for children of ages 7 and under. In this class we teach the fundamentals of parkour, like climbing, vaulting and general body awareness and to teach them confidence before moving into Parkour Basic

Parkour Basic

Parkour Basic is an introduction to parkour skills and allows students to learn the easiest moves possible, before progressing into Parkour One which will refine skills. All ages above 7 start at this level

Parkour One

Parkour One is a skills based class in which the students will begin to refine their parkour skills. In this class they will progress from beginners to intermediate traceurs (a name for someone who practises parkour). Parkour Basic must be passed before starting this level.

HomeSchool Parkour

Average Completion Time = 18 months

This class is designed for those not in the mainstream school system and is running during the school days. This class only has an 8 week term. It is designed for those 5- 12 years old.

Once the moves in this class are complete, we recommend the students join our normal Parkour One classes.
