Gilgen automatic sliding door installation - hermetic

Gilgen automatic sliding door installation, TÜV-tested for conformity with EN 16005 and DIN 18650.

Gilgen SLX-D sliding door drive unit in combination with hermetic sliding door leaf.

Gilgen sealing profile system for areas where hygiene and other sensitive considerations are a priority.

The tested overall system conforms to the air permeability requirements of EN 12207 and EN 16361.

Elegant integration, into the sliding door drive unit, of all actuating and sensor components.

An electronic control unit with an automatic reversing and stopping mechanism provides gap-hazard detection.

Suitable for connection via a BUS configuration or conventional wiring system.

The swivel mechanism integrated into the drive system causes the sliding leaf to drop when closing, thereby pushing it tightly against the frame.

Noise-insulated/vibration-damped drive system.

Low-noise toothed belt. Running carriage with counter-pressure rollers, height/depth-adjustable

Drive case height 180 mm, or 140 mm in visible configuration

Drive case covering

With rounded edges for easy cleaning. Hinge-type aluminium drive unit casing designed for easy service and maintenance access, with mechanical hold-open system and drop prevention.

If the power supply fails, batteries ensure operation for a further 30 to 60 minutes. The system continuously monitors the battery's charge level to ensure that it will work in an emergency. The final door movement (opening or closing) in the event of low charge state can be programmed.
