10. FOREIGN ITEMS:

11a.TIME OF DELIVERY:The contractor shall deliver to destination within the number of calendar days after receipt of order (ARO), as negotiated between Ordering Agency and Chronos Systems, Inc.

11b.EXPEDITED DELIVERY:When the Federal Supply Schedule contract delivery period does not meet the bona fide urgent delivery requirements of an ordering agency, the agency is encouraged, if time permits, to contact the contractor to obtain accelerateddelivery. The contractor shall reply to the inquiry within three workdays after receiptof the request. (Telephonic replies shall be confirmed in writing by the contractor.) If the contractor offers an accelerated delivery time acceptable to the ordering agency, any order(s) placed pursuant to the agreed upon accelerated delivery time frame shall.be delivered within this shorter delivery time and in accordance with all other terms and conditions of the contract.

(2)Technical representations and/or warranties of products concerning performance, total system performance and/or configuration, physical, design and/or functional characteristics and capabilities of a product/equipment/ service/software package submitted in response to requirements which result in orders under this schedule contract.

Senior Program Manager

Minimum/General Experience: Ten or more years of progressive technical project management experience, including demonstrative experience in ensuring that tasks are completed on-time, within budget, and meet requirements.

Functional Responsibility: Plans and directs projects, including all phases of services under a contract.

Ensures that tasks are completed within estimated time-frames and budget constraints, and meet requirements. Schedules and assigns duties to subordinates. Functional Responsibility: Provides guidance for other support personnel. Leads in technical support as required in the areas of but not limited to data management, document control, computer support, project control, and other related areas. Develop system security plans, risk mitigation plans, contingency plans, and disaster recovery plans. Responsibilities include to ensure Information System Security Officers are appointed for each system area, ensure data ownership is established for each system (this includes accountability, access rights, and special handling requirements), and responsibility for ensuring all security requirements associated with the program statement of work (SOW), including security documentation, is addressed.
