  1. Approve the recommendation to appoint Carole Sutton as Title 1 Coordinator for the 2012-13 school year. The $3000 stipend will be paid from grant funding.
  1. Approve the recommendation for the following student trips:
  1. Fitch Speech and Debate Team to travel to Sylvania High School in Sylvania, Ohio on Friday, 1/11/13 to Saturday 1/12/13 for competition. The team will be chaperoned by coaches and adult judges; travel and hotel expenses are self- funded; missed day of school is within parameters of adopted board policy.
  1. Fitch Marching Band to travel to Orlando, Florida from Wednesday, 2/13/13 to Sunday, 2/17/13 to perform at Universal Studios and Walt Disney World. The band will be chaperoned by parents and teachers; all expenses are self- funded; missed days of school are within parameters of adopted board policy.

Approve the Superintendent’s recommendation, in accordance with the Charitable Commitment Agreement between Greenwood Chevrolet, Inc.and Austintown Boosters Corporation, to name the new, second concession stand at Austintown Fitch High School Falcon Stadium the “Greg and Alice Greenwood, Greenwood Chevrolet Community Concession Center” for not less than, but not limited to, twenty (20) years. The construction of this concession stand is made possible by a donation of $55,000 from the Greenwood Family Fund and Greenwood Chevy.
