All AUB Alumni in Dubai & Northern Emirates, their families and Friends are invited to join the “AUB Beach Club 2015”. The schemes detailed below are tailored to satisfy the Members’ requirements of beach facilities, swimming pool and health club facilities with high quality service.

VALIDITY:

The AUB Beach Club Membership is valid from April 16th2015untilApril 15th2016.

REQUIREMENTS:

Please read the schemes carefully and note that the AUB Alumni/Hotels, reserve the right to reject applications that do not fully meet the terms and conditions.

If interested, please follow the procedure as detailed here under:(for old and new members)

1)Fill the attached AUB Alumni Beach Club 2015application form

2)Attach with the application two photos for each member of the family, with full name on the back.

3)Pay the fees (cheque payment) in favour of M/S AUB Alumni Association. Please note that cash payment is not allowed.

4)Please make sure to put the above items (1,2,3) in an envelope and close it properly . kindly Address it to :AUB Alumni Association(AUB BEACH CLUB 2015 ). You can drop the envelope @ :

5)The Membership Cards will be issued by AUB Alumni and can be collected from ZYARA Cafe – Media city after7 days.

6)If the memberships cards are not ready after 7 days, you can call 04-267 97 00 (from 4.00pm to 6.00pm) in order to inquire about their status. NEVER CALL ZYARA Cafe since the employees willnotbe able to help you.

• I accept to abide by all the rules and regulations of the above mentioned clubs and hotels, which I have fully read through and which are all deemed incorporated herein.
• I also understand that the Management of the AUBBeach Club reserves the right to withdraw my membership with no financial compensation and hereby subscribe to be accepted as a member.

Terms & CONDITIONS:

1)Members are entitled to access to the hotels and should adhere to the rules and regulations of each hotel, especially the dress code behaviour and not to bring food and beverage into the premises of the Hotels / Clubs.

2)The family membership includes 2 Adults and 2 Children below 16. Children below 16 can not access the premises of the Hotels / Clubs without their parents.

3)The Hotels / Clubs reserve the right not to arrange lockers to Members in case of non availability of empty ones especially on weekends.

4)The Hotels / Clubs reserve the right not to arrange sitting area / Chaises longues to Members Near Swimming pools in case of non availability especially on weekends. Members can have their sitting area on the Grass or Sand.

5)Members Should not use the Beach / Sports Facilities of more than one Hotel/Club on the same day.otherwise, they will be charged an extra Dhs 500.00/day/family.

6)Holders of the same family membership shall use the same Hotel on the same Day.

7)Members will be provided with an AUB Beach Club Membership Card. The hotels reserve the right to refuse the access to their premises for members that are not presenting their cards.

8)Members are requested to use all the Hotels available in their chosen scheme, and not to use the same Hotel facilities for more than Two weekends per month (one weekend: Friday & Saturday), otherwise, they will be charged an extra Dhs 500.00/day/weekend/family. However, they can enjoy their other weekends in other hotel facilities that are available in their AUB Beach Club schemes.

9)Maids are strictly not allowed.

10)Peak times - We have a certain quota with each hotel. At peak times, members accessing a hotel may be asked to sign an entry receipt at an agreed entry rate. The AUB Alumni will reimburse the Hotel. Members do not need to pay.

11)The hotels reserve the right to refuse the access of the guests of the members. Otherwise, the members shall pay the normal daily rate that will be advised at the hotel beach reception

12)All beach club members are advised to check with the relevant hotels for any special discounts on food outlets and room rates offered to them.

13)The membership will be cancelled for all members that will not Respect the terms and conditions of AUB Beach Club as well as the rules and regulations of any of the hotels. We will give one week notice prior to cancellation of membership. Members will not be financially compensated for the cancellation of their memberships.

14)Special condition forAtlantis Palm Resort:.We will have a limited number of accesses per day. Accordingly, you will have to check the possibility of your access by phone(055- 2004628 / 050-5351886 / 050- 2004628 / 04-4261449) prior to coming to the resort. Please note that you can not reserve your access since the rule of “first come first serve “will be applied. This resort is restricted to Families and Single Male Members are strictly not Allowed.

15)Special condition for Dubai Marine Beach Club: For the period from 1stof October, 2015 until 15th of April, 2016 and on week ends for that period, you have to check the possibility of your access by phone prior to coming to the beach. Please note that you can not reserve your access since the rule of “first come first serve “will be applied. This resort is restricted to Families and Single Male Members are strictly not Allowed.

16)The AUB Beach Club reserves the right to make changes in the schemes in addition to imposing new rules and regulations at any time. Furthermore, the Club can ask the members to refrain from using the facilities of any hotel

17)For any misunderstanding / Problems between members and Hotels / Clubs, kindly contact the Committee Members Yasser El-Hajj(050-6265857) ,Rabih Hamzeh(050-6466764) . Please remember that your contract is between your good self and the AUB Alumni Association, accordingly we have to handle any problems that may arise. Please avoid any direct contact or verbal clashes with hotel clerks / receptionists since they can not help you since their role is to implementthe instructionsof their management.
