The UPS Team Member Discount Program is available only and exclusively through the UPS CampusShip website at By now, you should have received two (2) email communications from UPS: one email will have your personal log in name and the second will provide you a temporary password. To take advantage of the UPS Team Member Discount Program, save the following simple instructions for all your personal shipping needs:
Shipping Instructions:

2.You will be asked to log in with your personal User ID and password provided in the e-mails from UPS CampusShip.
3.User IDs and passwords are case sensitive. Upon initial login, you will be prompted to change your temporary password to your own secured password. After changing, select the “Update.”
4.If you forget your User ID or Password, use the “Forgot User ID or Password” link and UPS CampusShip will send your User ID and a temporary password via e-mail.
5.When you are ready to begin shipping, log in to access the Shipping page. From here, you can “Create a Shipment”, “Create a Return”, “and Create an Import” or “Ship Using a Batch File.” Select the desired option to begin your shipment.
6.Enter required information such as Ship To, Ship From, what are you shipping (Letter or Package), type of packaging, and shipping service level; A personal credit card is required to complete the transaction.
7.Estimate the weight of the package or use a scale.
8.Select next button on bottom right to review order and print label.
3 Easy Steps to Complete:
1.Pack shipment for transport.
2.Print Label- print virtually anywhere with Internet access.
3.Drop off shipment - thousands of drop off locations such as The UPS Stores, UPS Drop Boxes, UPS Customer Counters (located at all local UPS Facilities), any UPS Driver you see (at home, at work, etc.).
Please note that discounts are only available via the website link. Walkups to UPS Stores/UPS Customer Counters without preprinted labels via UPS CampusShip to will be charged at standard, non-discounted rates.
