Attention to Every Appeal
In Tashkent and other regions of the country, exit receptions are held by Service on control and coordination of the work with appeals from individuals and legal entities under the President’s Administration.
During the reception, which was held at the Tashkent Institute of Railway Transport Engineers, the appeals received from the residents of Bektemir, Mirabad and Yashnabad districts of the capital were received by the Virtual and People's Reception Rooms of the President.
The appeals of citizens and businessmen were considered by officials of the Supreme Court, Supreme Economic Court, Central Bank, Prosecutor General's Office, ministries and departments, responsible officials of the hokimiyats (local administrations) of the aforementioned districts of Tashkent.
In the virtual reception of the Head of our state 27.7 thousand appeals were received from residents of the above-mentioned regions, 89% of which have already been considered, the rest are under consideration.
The study showed that the bulk of them – almost 20% are appeals on construction, housing repair, land allocation.
A similar statement was made by the inhabitant of the "Uysozlar" mahalla of the Yashnabad district of the capital Sayfullo Bоtirov. At the exit reception, he said that a small two-room apartment is home to a large family, including his parents and children.
“Responsible persons of the city administration considered my appeal and recommended to apply for an apartment in one of the houses under construction in Sergeli district at affordable prices”, S.Bоtirov says. “Having learned that the apartment is provided on a mortgage loan, I realized that this is the right solution for us”.
Many people came to the exit reception. Many of their appeals are resolved on the spot, recommendations and consultations are given.
Hayriniso Alyushina from Bektemir district came to solve not a personal issue, but problems of the mahalla. She said that there are more than 3 thousand people living in her gathering, two schools, and two kindergartens. But an uncomfortable intersection in the center of the mahalla is dangerous for pedestrians and drivers alike. She asked to install a traffic light at this intersection. Specialists of the district department of internal affairs promised to solve this issue.
At the exit reception held in Zangiata district, appeals of this and Yangiyul districts’ residents who sent them to the Virtual reception and the people's reception rooms of the President.
Almost 15 thousand applications have been received from Zangiata district, 94% of which have already been considered, the rest are under control. The population of the Yangiyul district sent more than 5.7 thousand complaints, of which 5194 have been considered, and 574 are under consideration. The appeals touch upon the issues of housing provision, banking and financial system, receipt of material assistance, wages and pensions, citizenship, passport regime and registration, court cases, public amenities, labor and employment, health, education, heat, energy, and gas supply.
The dialogue that took place in the atmosphere of an active exchange of views showed that there are no bureaucratic barriers between the heads of state bodies and citizens.
“My children study at the secondary school No.6 in the Harakat mahalla of the Zangiata district, Khasan Isokhujayev said. “We are satisfied with the conditions created in the school. But in this academic year my son, a pupil of 6th grade, received less textbooks. At first I turned to the principal of the school, then I looked for them in the bookshops, but I did not find them. In short, the son was left without textbooks. Yesterday, more than 20 textbooks were delivered to our home. I came to the reception to express my gratitude to our President”.
A resident of Yangiyul, Guljahon Begmanova in her address on behalf of the citizens of the mahalla "Chortok" said that the home visiting service does not cope with its work, the settlement is located far from the medical institution and asked to consider opening a new rural medical station.
Earlier, she applied to the mahalla and regional hokimiyat on this issue, but received no positive response. At the exit reception she was assured that a commission to study this issue would be formed.
