Twelfth stage: procuring “Multi functional hospital for 650 beds with policlinic on 800 visits per shift” of the project, in the following order:

ANNOUNCES
Open international tender
Withunlimited number of PARTICIPANTS.
Inaccordance withthe Special Conditions ofthe Open International Tenderlocaland foreign legal entities can participate in a given tender for selection of medical equipment suppliers for “Multi functional hospital for 650 beds with policlinic on 800 visits per shift”
1.The application for participation in International Tender must be submitted not later than 7 day prior to the tender.
2.Certificate of official Legal Entity registration in the Unified Registryof Legal Entities (if foreign company applies as a Legal Entity, it must openits branch or affiliate in place and legalize with tax committee).
3.Availability of License from the Ministry of Health and social protection on procurement of medical equipment (this condition also applies for a foreign company).
4.Certificate from the tax committee for the period of one month before the tender about absence of any budget pending from the state budget (for foreign companies this Certificate has to be provided by its branch).
5.Information about applicants procured equipment in the past three years (experience of supplying similar equipment in the past three years).
6.Along with description (name) of medical equipment, also information about country of origin, quality certificate, user manual (essential in Russian), cost in Tajik Somoni and US dollars in accordance with the official exchange rates set by the National Bank of Tajikistan must be included.
7.Procurement terms for equipment must be submitted along with proposals. Early delivery is preferred.
8.Bank warranty must be submitted in the volume of 2% from the total cost of proposal.
9.Terms of delivery DDU (including installation, Adjustment and Commissioning, training of specialists and free service guarantee for period of 2 years).
10.Applicants can apply to one or several lots.
11.Transportation, customs clearance, taxes, installation, commissioning works, training of specialists on the use ofequipment and2 yearfree service guarantee expenses must be included in applicants tender proposal for the cost of equipment.
12.Payment for participation in the tender will not be reimbursed.
