Course Aims

This Course aims to give Traineesinsights in the workings of the Labour Laws currently in place with a view to protect the interests of both employers and employees and in the process safeguard the political, economic and social well-being of the whole society.

It is also important to note that laws define rights and obligations of all the parties concerned and then lay down procedures for enforcing those rights and obligations including the sanctions for any breaches of the regulations.

It is therefore with this in mind thatCHRM, in its endeavor to equip the human resource with relevant skills at the workplace has seen it fit to introduce this Executive Certificate in Labour Lawsamong its menu of programs to impart this very necessary skills and knowledge to targeted group of employees and others working in various sectors of the economy, e.g., SMEs, etc. CHRM expects that with this training, it will play a major role in equippingthis group of people both in the Private and Public sectors with competencies required to offer and discharge the right legal requirements at the workplace within the expected legal framework.
